  • ADM Hotels and Resorts Group, LLC (ADMGROUP), through the Joint Venture & Equity Partnership with foreign investors, is developing the following Luxury Hotels  & Destination Golf Resorts: 

    • 5-Star Luxury Hotel and Golf Resort Destination Designed by Jack Nicklaus in South Bend, Indiana(USA).

    • Mega Housing Project in St. Joseph County, South Bend, Indiana.

    • ​Full package of financing for South Bend Development has been secured, 100% of funds are available as required, and the estimated amount of ONE BILLION US Dollars($1,000,000,000) by the Joint Venture and Equity Partnership.

    • Construction will begin in July 2026. ADM GROUP has selected to develop its projects through a highly reputable, professional, and highly qualified team, including a Project Manager, a Program Manager, and top-ranking Design & Architecture Companies.

• I-80 Corridor, Orland Park, Illinois Project

  • ​Purchasing an A-Class Business office from a national insurance company, an 89000 sq.ft Building with 90% occupancy.​

  • Developing two 5-star hotels with conference centers and a banquet hall.

  • Developing a high-rise and luxury condominium on I-80 La Grange Road.

• Table Rock Lake, Branson, Missouri

  • Luxury Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Proposed) by Marriott Corporation and Private Villas.

  • Destination Golf Resort.

  • Marina will be redesigned and rebuilt.

• ADM Group's Corporate head office will be established in a newly purchased office building in Orland Park/Tinley Park, Illinois.

  • South Bend will be a sub-office of this project

  • Branson, Missouri, will be a sub-office of this project.

• ADM Group has arranged complete financing for all three projects of about $3 Billion available for the development.

• All real estate purchase agreements for the three projects will be purchased and acquired in April and May 2026.

• All Feasibility reports, environmental sustainability reports, the design and construction plan, and Zoning and Permits will be approved by ADM Group management and local Govt. Authorities.​

• ADM GROUP's initial meeting to discuss and review planning and strategy will be held in April, as the ADM Group office in South Bend has been opened, and the following members are participating:

(i) Nausher Ahmad Sial, Principal and Chief Executive Officer.

(ii) Mr. Richard Bensinger, Chief Operating Officer.
(iii) Chief Development Director and acting CFO.
(iv) Chief Project Manager.
(v) Mr. Jerry Dominiack, Development Supervisor.
(vi) Miss Shirley Collins, Executive Business Director.
(vii) Randy Ziolkowski, Chief Engineer & Maintenance Manager.
(viii) The above-mentioned will be included in Group One, and all Employment Agreements have been executed, and the sign-on bonus will be released in April 2026.
(ix)Payroll for Group One will start on April 15th, 2026, and it will be delivered through CBIZ (Accountant) by Insperity (Payroll Company).
(x) The second group of employees will start in Jun 2026, as a sign-on bonus will be released in Jun 2026.

• In addition, A major investment of Three Billion US Dollars ($1,000,000,000) and Initial funds of Two Hundred Million US Dollars ($200,000,000) for soft costs and initial project activities are available for ADMGROUP.

• The Development is undergoing final review by the team's executives, specialists, and professionals. Feasibility reports (drafts) for the above-mentioned projects and hotel, golf, and Residential/Condominiums and housing, provided by PKF, REVPAR & JHG, are being reviewed by experts and professionals in the hospitality industry.
