The acquisition of this commercial office building is an 80,000-square-foot Executive Commercial Office building. This will the corporate headquarter of ADM Group and will be a multi-tenant building, ideally located in Orland Park, IL.

The 10.9 Acre Commercial Parcel of land. The development on this parcel will feature a 250 Room, 5-Star, Full-Service conference center, Crowne Plaza Hotel. The estimated costs to purchase the land and to complete the development will be $250M.

The Project will be developed and managed by ADM RESORTS and HOTELS, LLC.
Initial discussions have taken place with nationally recognized general contractors and
subcontractors to handle the project. Concept plans will be finalized following the initial
funding draw.
About Branson, Missouri
Branson, Missouri is a city in Stone and Taney Counties. Branson is in the heart
of the Ozark Mountains.
Factors contributing to high visitation
• Live Entertainment: Branson is known as the "Live Entertainment Capital of the
World" with over 100 live shows in fifty-two theaters with seating from fifty to four
thousand.
• Geographic Accessibility: The city is located within a day's drive of a large portion
of the U.S. population, over 100 million people, making it a popular "rubber tire"
destination.
• Variety of Attractions: Beyond entertainment, Branson offers attractions like Silver
Dollar City theme park and outdoor recreation on Table Rock Lake.
• Continuing Economic Development: The city's leaders have invested in projects
to diversify tourism and boost year-round employment, further attracting visitors.
Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) is the main air hub for the Branson area and
is 45 minutes from the proposed resort. It is served by American Airlines, Allegiant,
Delta, United, British Airways, Alaska Airlines, Lufthansa, Iberia, and KLM. In addition,
Branson Airport (BKG), located 35 minutes from the resort has Frontier airline daily
flights to Dallas, Chicago, and Denver.
Development Overview
The Table Rock Resort & Conference Center is a planned resort located on Table Rock Lake in the Branson, Missouri area. The principal site is a 20 0 +/- acre former horse farm which has nearly one mile of frontage on the lake.
In addition to the main 200+ac tract, the development is planning on acquiring additional land for proposed amenities. These amenities would include, but would not be limited to paved hiking, biking and other trails as well as a separate equestrian center.
Table Rock Lake has over five hundred miles of shoreline and covers 50,000 acres. It is rated as one of the top five Bass fishing lakes in the United States and holds multiple national and regional fishing tournaments annually.
The core development is to consist of an 18-hole championship golf course, a par three executive course, and numerous practice areas. A highlight of this development will be a Golf Lodge of 75 golf-themed rooms and a PGA pro-staffed golf academy. Adjacent to the Golf Clubhouse will be a pro shop, locker rooms, and golf course cart storage. Adjacent to the clubhouse will be putting greens and the “Ozark Smoke House”.
The main Lake Lodge will have 250+ rooms and suites, a 250,000 sq ft convention/conference center that will carry the IACC (International Association of Conference Centers) certification. The Resort also includes a fitness center and extensive spa complex. In addition, the amenities include a steak house, sports bar, indoor/outdoor pool, gift center, wedding chapel, ballrooms, and library. Also included in the resort is an extensive Tennis/Pickle Ball complex.
The resort plan also includes a private marina with a Marina Lodge of 50+ rooms plus a restaurant and a horizon pool that will allow daily marine visitors to dock their boats for golf and upscale dining. This pool will include a pavilion and multiple outdoor fire pits for other events as well.
The plan also includes the purchase or long-term lease of an existing commercial marina (450 boat slips, restaurant, and store) which is adjacent to the property. The project anticipates the purchase of a hydrofoil or paddle wheel boat for a dinner / cocktail cruise to the Branson Shows in the main entertainment district of Branson.
