The Nelson’s Project
  1. The first is an 80,000-square-foot Executive Commercial Office building. This will be a multi-tenant building, ideally located in the southern Will County portion of Orland Park, IL. The purchase price of this building will be $10M.

  2. The next property is a 10.9 Acre Commercial Parcel of land. The development on this parcel will feature a 250 Room, 5-Star, Full-Service, Crowne Plaza Hotel. The estimated costs to purchase the land and to complete the development will be $150M.

  3. The third property is a 42 Acre Commercial Parcel of land. The development on this parcel will feature High-Rise Luxury Condominiums.  The estimated price of these projects is $1B.
